Our goal is to produce high quality apparel that looks like the design of your choice at the best possible price. If the apparel we ship to you is flawed we will replace the defective merchandise. Special Note For Uploaded/Digitized Designs: When you upload an embroidery design to us, a non-refundable one time digitizing fee will be assessed. If you cancel the order and we have digitized your logo you are still responsible for the digitizing fee. Once we have digitized your logo, we keep it on file for future orders.  Future orders using the same logo design will not incur additional digitizing fees. NOTE: Very complex designs may require additional digitizing charges. A customer service agent will contact you to obtain customer approval if there are additional charges.

Shipping
Most orders are processed within 7-10 business days. The shipping time is applied after an order has been processed. For example selecting Next Day Air does not mean that an order will be received on the following day of placing the order, but on the following day of the order's completion. Restocking Fee
Our standard processing time is the fastest in the industry. In order to provide this level of service we need to source apparel from warehouses across the country at the time your order is placed. We can usually accommodate changes, provided that you let us know within 12 hours of placing the order. Failure to do so may result in a restocking fee of up to 15% (apparel only, not decoration fees). We will make every attempt to utilize restocked apparel on other orders, however, if we send apparel back to the warehouse for restocking, you will be responsible for any restocking fees.

Copyrighted Materials
Detroit Stitches is committed to the legal use of copyrighted materials of others. All of the artwork/designs you see on our web site are either owned or licensed by Detroit Stitches and may not be reproduced in any manner.

Our Guarantee
We completely guarantee customer satisfaction if the customer adheres to consumer responsibilities of custom manufactured goods, as these goods have no value to anyone except you. If you adhere to these responsibilities, we will do whatever necessary to ensure you are a satisfied customer.

Your Responsibilities
If you are unfamiliar with the product you have chosen, we strongly suggest you order an unembroidered sample to verify its suitability. We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered or printed product unless the product or the embroidery/printing is defective. We will provide a proof via email of your custom embroidery/printing to ensure it meets your approval. Please ensure you review the proof and request any changes in a timely manner. If there is any concern, please request a pre-production sample.

Return Policy
Returns must be received within 30 days of the original order. We will issue a credit for the full amount of the product you returned. Should you find any defect in any order, please notify us as soon as possible at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the following information: your name, invoice number, the items to be returned, and the reason for the return. We will promptly review your request. Any defective product or embroidery/printing will be replaced at no charge to you. We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered/printed product unless the product or the embroidery/printing is defective. Shipping charges and digitizing fees are non-refundable. Orders returned COD will be rejected. We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed your return. Credits are not processed until the merchandise has been returned and inspected. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card. In the event you paid by check, we will issue you a check for your refund.
